The idea of becoming aware of and promoting a healthy and fulfilling life is not only attainable, but also important to the overall state of mind, body, and soul. Wellness encompasses several dimensions, such as social connectedness, nutrition, mindfulness, exercise, and sleep. Incorporating each element into my life has been a difficult but a rewarding process, that has led to internal and external growth and consciousness. With help and support, I have learned that listening to my body and being intentional in my choices gives me the mental freedom to restore and reset.

Balance and knowledge are key elements that have helped me succeed. If I am not in the office between sessions or stacks of books, you will find me in mountain trails, biking, or hiking while smelling pine trees! Nature is a place where there is enough silence to ask and receive inspiration and peace away from daily distractions.
