Darlene Kelly

Darlene completed a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology at the Utah State University in Logan (UT) and is completing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix (AZ). Education paired with life-changing losses and challenges have allowed Darlene to gain knowledge, tools, and skills to help others navigate through life’s uncertainties. Darlene uses an eclectic approach: theoretical using cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and play therapy, as well as mindfulness by holding space and create awareness through real-life experiences.

Darlene works with children, adolescents, and individuals who have experienced a great deal of trauma and believes that rock bottom is a solid foundation for a jump start.
